I tryed to make some special effects and abstract background, and in the end the green color just come on building into me and all of the sudden, though I was going for bright blue, I ended up preferring green tones.

there are like 5 different brushes/patterns/effects all overlaying with different types (color dodge, color burn, overlay) to come up with this shade of green in the right tones xD~ also applyed some radial blur to make it better (some layers).

If's funny how you can come up with a VERY complex effect, with VERY simple effects: one radial (zoom) blur, one radial (rotate) blur, some multi-patterned brushes, mix them with different overlay types and you have "one" effect =D
